Welcome to Dina & Dino. By accessing our educational platform, purchasing merchandise, or booking our live events, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Security

To access the Parent Portal and premium educational modules, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and authorize the use of the platform for your children or students.

2. Educational Content & Platform Usage

All content, including games, stories, characters, and curriculum pathways, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dina & Dino Education (Pty) Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial educational use.

3. Memberships, Access & Payments

  • Free Play Zone: We offer limited access to introductory stages of our educational games for free. Once a child reaches the stage limit, a prompt will appear requiring a membership upgrade to continue.
  • Premium Access: Full ecosystem access and progress tracking is unlocked via a once-off payment per child profile or via designated promotional trials.
  • Shop Purchases: All physical merchandise purchases and live show bookings are subject to availability. Shop orders exclude standard packaging and courier fees, which will be calculated and invoiced manually upon request submission.
  • Refunds: Digital memberships are non-refundable once activated. Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if items are defective or damaged during transit.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, including specific games or features, at any time without prior notice, as part of our commitment to continuous educational improvement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our platform is meticulously designed for early childhood development, Dina & Dino does not guarantee specific educational outcomes or results. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
